The Keuka men’s tennis team picked up a 9-0 win over Pitt-Bradford at home on Tuesday, April 14.  The Storm improve to 3-2 overall while Pitt-Bradford falls to 2-10.

Keuka’s Mike Fischer (Kattskill Bay, N.Y./Lake George) and Will Fisher (Watkinsville, GA/Oconee) paired together to win the first flight of doubles 8-3 while Patrick Barker (Horseheads, N.Y./Horseheads) and Justin Roe (Port Byron, N.Y./Port Byron) won the second flight 8-0.  Keuka won by forfeit in the third flight.

In singles Barker took the win (6-3, 6-0) in the first flight, followed by Fisher’s (6-3, 6-2) win in the second flight.  Fischer won in the third flight (6-2, 6-3) as Roe won (7-5, 6-2) in the fourth flight.  Sophomore Blaine Phair (Pembroke, NH/Pembroke) easily won in the fifth flight (6-0, 6-2).  The Storm won by forfeit in the sixth flight.

Keuka will next play host to Baptist Bible College this Wednesday, April 15 at 1 pm.
