Logins and Schrock Repeat as Athletes of the Week

Junior basketball players Calvin Logins (Newark, N.Y./Lyons) and Brittany Schrock (Elmira Heights, N.Y./Thomas Edison) were named Keuka College Athletes of the Week for the week ending Feb. 13.
Logins, a 6-1 guard/forward, averaged 20 points (60) and 10.3 rebounds (31) while leading Keuka to a 1-2 week. Logins also added five steals, four assists, and a block while going 24-for-52 (46%) from the floor and 11-for-14 from the free throw line. He went for 14 points and five boards in a loss to SUNYIT and then had 28 points and 16 rebounds in a loss to Cazenovia College. He ended the week with his second straight double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds. Logins is currently averaging 17 points and 9.2 rebounds a game.
Schrock, a 5-7 guard on the Storm’s 14-7 squad, led Keuka to a 2-1 week while averaging 18.7 points (56), 3.7 rebounds (11), four assists (12), and four steals (12) while draining 14 3-pointers. She shot 18-for-46 (39%) from the floor and 14-for-32 (44%) from behind the arc. Schrock started slow with just eight points on two 3-pointers against SUNYIT. She followed that with a 28-point, seven-3-pointers, six-assist, and eight-steal performance in a win over Cazenovia College. Schrock went for 20 points on five 3-pointers in her final game of the week against Penn State-Abington. She is currently averaging 12.5 points a game and has 55 3-pointers on the year.
