Men’s Hoops Place Three on All-NEAC Teams

The Keuka College men’s basketball team (9-16), which lost in the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Tournament quarterfinals to Wells College, joined the Express as the only two teams to place three players on the All-Conference teams.

Juniors Calvin Logins (Newark, N.Y./Lyons) and Diamond Booker (Bronx, N.Y./Fredrick Douglas Acad.) were both named to the second team while senior Alex Coleman (Elmira, N.Y./Southside) was picked for the third team.

Logins, a guard slash forward, led the Storm in scoring with 400 points (16.7),  rebounding with 234 (9.8), and steals with 48 (2).  He also finished with a team-high 11 double-doubles on the year including two in both of Keuka’s tournament games.

Booker, a 6-7 center, is making his second straight appearance on the All-NEAC second team.  Booker led Keuka in field goal percentage (.54) and blocks with 48 (2).  He finished second on the team in rebounding with 216 (9) and third in scoring with 274 points (11.4).

Coleman, a guard, is making his second straight appearance on the All-NEAC third team.  He finished with a team-high 72 assists (3) while finishing second in scoring with 299 points (12.5) and steals with 36 (1.5).  Coleman was third on the team in rebounding with 104 (4.3).
