Men’s Tennis Drops Pair of NEAC Matches

The Keuka men’s tennis team suffered two North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) losses over the weekend as they fell to Penn State-Berks by a score of 8-1 on Saturday and then by the same score to Penn State-Abington on Sunday.

The Storm are now 1-3 overall and 1-2 in conference action.

The Storm’s one win in both matches came from sophomore Brian Oberg (Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) in the second flight of doubles.  Against Berks he defeated his opponent (0-6, 6-2, 6-1).  Against Abington he won (1-6, 6-4, 7-6).

The Storm were blanked in all six of its doubles matches.

Keuka will next play at Pitt-Bradford Tuesday, April 13 beginning at 4 pm.
