Freshman Tyler Hoosier shot a career-best 73.

Led by rookie Tyler Hoosier (Saratoga, N.Y./Saratoga) the Keuka golf team won its own invitational on Thursday.  The Storm shot a 334 while Cazenovia College took second with a 371.  The Express of Wells College finished third with a 403.

Hoosier was the medalist for the second straight invite.  He shot a career-best 73 on the par 72.  Seniors Kyle Phelan (Rochester, N.Y./Greece Athena) and Mike Meskill (Trumansburg, N.Y./Trumansburg) each shot an 83 to tie for fourth overall.  Junior Darron hall (Owego, N.Y./Owego) finished in eighth place with a score of 95 while junior Jack Reece (Rochester, N.Y./Churchville-Chili) was 10th with his score of 101.

Keuka will next compete in the NEAC Championships on Thursday and Friday, April 22-23 at Rutgers-Camden.
