Men’s Tennis Blanked By Alfred

Senior Ryan Ellingworth came close to wins in both singles and doubles.
The Keuka men’s tennis team lost at home to the Saxons of Alfred University by a score of 9-0 on Thursday.
Keuka lost the three doubles matches by scores of 8-0, 8-1, and 8-5. In singles play, Rookie Kyle Rivera (Horseheads, N.Y./Horseheads) had a good match in the fifth flight, losing 7-5, 6-2. Senior Ryan Ellingworth (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) was also a hard luck loser in the sixth flight, falling 6-0, 7-6.
Keuka will next play host to SUNY Cobleskill this Sunday, April 18 beginning at 1 pm.
