Men’s Basketball Places Three on All-NEAC Team
Sophomore Diamond Booker was named to the All-NEAC second team after averaging a double-double.
The Keuka men’s basketball team, which finished the 2008-09 season with an 11-11 record, had three members selected to the All-North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Teams. Just 15 players in all are selected by the NEAC coaches to make up three teams.
Keuka sophomore center Diamond Booker (Bronx, N.Y./Frederick Douglas Acad.) led the way for Keuka being named to the All-NEAC second team. Booker finished the year averaging a double-double of 10.5 points and 11.2 rebounds. He finished with eight double-doubles in all while leading the team in field goal percentage (.57), rebounds (247), and blocks (44).
