Men’s Lax Wins Third Straight

Senior Brett Leonard allowed just three goals through the first three periods.
The Keuka College men’s lacrosse team won its third straight game with a 13-6 win over the visiting Presidents of William & Jefferson College on Saturday. Keuka evens its record at 4-4 while the Presidents slip to 3-7 on the year.
The Storm began the game with a 6-1 first period as they scored four straight goals to end the period after holding an early 2-1 lead. In the second period, Keuka netted the first two goals before allowing just one more goal to hold an 8-2 lead at the break.
Keuka again allowed just one goal in the third period while scoring three more to build its lead to 11-3 entering the final period. The President’s outscored the Storm 3-2 in the fourth period but the damage was done as Keuka rolled to a 13-6 win.
