Seth Fikes enters his fourth year as the skipper of the Storm making him the longest tenured coach in the program’s history.

Fikes led the Storm to a third place finish in the NEAC in 2009 and was named the NEAC Coach of the Year in 2008 after guiding Keuka to an 8-5 conference record.  Fikes has led Keuka to a 22-21 NEAC record through his first three years.

Fikes also serves as Keuka’s sports information director, a position that he has held since 2004.

He served as the assistant baseball coach for two years (2005-06) and before that was a four-year starter on the team (2001-04).

Fikes graduated in 2004 from Keuka with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications.  Upon graduating, he became the sports information director at Keuka as well as the sports information director for the 12-team, North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC), which he held for one year.

As a player, Fikes was a four-year letter winner and two time co-captain.  He was a two-time All-NEAC second team selection while playing shortstop.  He currently ranks second all-time in games played (123), game starts (121), at bats (406), doubles (25), and total bases (171).  On the defensive side, Fikes is the all-time leader in assists (315) and is second in total chances (594).

Fikes resides in Keuka Park with his son Cole.
