Matt Tantalo returns for his seventh season as the head men’s tennis coach at Keuka College in 2012. The Storm compiled a 1-9 overall mark during the 2011 season, and his teams have posted a 19-35 overall record through his first six seasons with the team. 

During the 2010 season, the Storm went 1-9 overall. In 2009, Tantalo guided Keuka to  4-7 overall record and a fourth place finish at the NEAC championships.  In 2008, he led his team to a 7-5 overall record while going 3-1 in the conference.  Tantalo had his top six players receive All-Conference status for both singles and doubles during that 2008 season.

In 2007, Tantalo led the Storm to a 4-3 overall and a 3-2 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) record. 

Tantalo also guides the men’s soccer team in the fall and led them to an 8-5-3 record in 2011, and has an impressive career mark of 67-38-10 record (.626 winning percentage) in seven seasons leading the men’s soccer program.

Tantalo was a standout soccer player at RIT, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and management in 1999.  A four-year starter, he played in all 64 games for the Tigers.  He earned regional All-America  honors in 1995, captained the Tigers in 1997, helped RIT reach the NCAA Division III quarterfinals in 1994, and win the ECAC Upstate crown in 1995.
